20 box jumps or step ups

Split squat right leg with bicep curl -30 sec

Split squat left leg with shoulder press -30 sec

Repeat 4 times

20 box jumps or step ups

Squat - 30 sec

Squat pulse - 20 sec

Reverse fly - 60 sec

Front/lateral raises - 60 sec

Repeat 5 times

20 box jumps

Manmakers - 60 sec

Donkey kicks right leg - 30 sec

Donkey kicks left leg - 30 sec

Repeat 4 times

20 box jumps

Russian twist - 60 sec

Crunches - 30 sec

Reverse crunches - 30 sec

Oblique crunch left - 30 sec

Oblique crunch right - 30 sec
