This 20-Minute Exercise Will Reinvent Your Routine

Sometimes we are crunched for time, but still need to get our workout in. We’ve all been there before. Just remember doing a little bit of something is always better than doing nothing!

The Workout

This total body workout requires nothing but your body. You can do it anywhere!

Directions:

Stretch for about 2-3 minutes.

Set your timer for 20 minutes and GO! When you’re done working your way through, start back at the beginning and do it again. Repeat until the 20 minutes are up!

1 —

Stretching exercises

  • Static stretch your hip flexors, quadriceps, hamstrings, and shoulders

  • Use a foam roller to roll these areas out as well. Hold pressure on tight spots for about 30 seconds.

2 —

Repeat the following movement circuit until the 20 minute timer goes off!

  • 10 jumping lunges

  • 20 tricep dips

  • 30 crunches

  • 40 toe jax

  • 50 second plank

3 —

Stretching Exercises

  • Repeat the same stretching movements for post workout care

  • Repeat the foam roller movements and add in any other areas that may need rolled after workout

  • Apply doTERRA Deep Blue Rub to areas that are tight or have knots
